I currently hold a leadership position in our church’s women’s auxiliary, which entails conducting meetings, attending meetings, and occasionally teaching lessons to a large group of women every Sunday. I’ve had this calling for a few months now, and I feel like I am still scrambling to get organized. In every meeting, there are more papers to hold on to and lots of notes to be made, and if I don’t come prepared, I end up scribbling on the back of already-scribbled on coloring book pages left in my church bag. I decided I needed a much better system, and I remembered how much I loved Capri Designs and their functional, useful, and visually beautiful products. I knew they’d have just what I needed.
And they did. Capri Designs sells a designer-style collection of stationary, back to school, and home office supplies for the working woman and homemaker. Everything they sell is something I would love to have, honestly! This is the Padfolio with Clipboard, in their Signature Anchors Away print, which is 100% the solution for my weekly scramble.
Why I love it:
There is an interior pocket to hold loose papers as well as a sturdy clipboard on the front to snatch onto anything loose flying around. This is perfect for holding announcements as I’m reading them. The interior notepad contains 50 sheets of papers with these cute little anchors on them, and the surface of the padfolio is hard and strong enough to write on. The print is classic and still fairly professional. It measures 9.5″ by 12.625″ by 0.875″ so it can accommodate full sheets of paper without a problem, and is sold for $14.50.
I was also sent the Magnetic Writer’s Round to review, and it is just as much a favorite of mine. I’m usually in the kitchen when I need to jot down a number, a shopping list, or a to-do list, and having these notes on the fridge where I can pull one out with one hand and not mess with peeling, sticky surfaces, or even having to put them away when I’m done, has been perfect!
This is the Vivid Paisley print and it contains 175 notepad rounds! You could also stick one of these inside a locker or metal file cabinet, and never be without scratch paper to jot down an address or number. These are sold for $7.50. When the rounds run out, I’m excited to use this to store pencils or maybe even extra fridge magnets. What a cute storage box it will be!
