We did some traveling last week and headed to St. George, Utah to visit Audi’s family.  By now Banjo is the seasoned traveler.  Ruby?  Not so much.  This was Ruby’s very first time on an airplane and quite the adventure.  Here she is while she was still enjoying the flight:

The return flight yesterday went extremely better than the going one!  Maybe she got used to it by that point?  Or she was just super tired, because we had to travel by car the 2 hours from St. George to Las Vegas to then board the plane.  At any rate we had to begin our drive at the crack of dawn and that meant Ruby wore her pjs for the first leg of the journey.  Did I mention that we were running low on clothing and she wore the backup pair of pjs?  The little boy pjs.  Yep she sported them all through security.  That’s when I discovered that everyone must have thought she was a BOY, because she most certainly looked like one!  What should I have done in this situation?  Had her sport an adorable headband from Amazing Grace Headbands that’s what!

Rylee’s Collection {Giveaway} ***ENDED***

I love to put hair accessories on my little “Ruby”.  I think that my audiologist man also likes to put them on “Ruby”.  For Mother’s Day yesterday he got her all ready for church for me and put a really cute headband on her.  Who am I kidding?  He typically gets our kiddos ready for church for me every Sunday, so I can work on getting myself ready.  It takes us women longer to get ready, am I right???  Isn’t my audiologist man such a great guy?  🙂  I love that he knows that I like “Ruby” to wear cute headbands and so he puts them on her, too.  The flower he chose to put on the headband was adorable and it even matched her blue eyes!  “Ruby” has lots of flower clips and bow clips to accent her headbands.  It’s the best way for a baby who doesn’t have enough hair yet to clip into.  A problem does develop from having so many clips, though.  Her top dresser drawer has clips scattered everywhere in it.  Quite the cluttered, unorganized disaster.  It’s amazing that we can ever find the exact one to match her outfits!  What’s the solution to the mayhem?  A hair bow holder from Rylee’s Collection:
