Bella Sun Luci Bruschetta {Review}

Hmmmm, the first time I had bruschetta….ya, I don’t at all remember when that was.  But I knew I loved it and that I wanted more of it.  All of my favorite things: tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and herbs.  How could you go wrong?  It is such an Italian-restaurant classic, but it is sometimes hard to find on other menus, so the opportunity to review Bella Sun Luci‘s bruschetta sounded fantastic.

80I been on this super sun-dried-tomato kick lately.  When its available, I immediately order/buy the “sun dried tomato” option.  Did you know they make Sundried Tomato-flavored Wheat Thins!?  They’ve changed my life.  Of course I would be freaking out a little about Bella Sun Luci’s sun dried tomato bruschetta in a jar!

This stuff has flava!  This is an authentic family recipe that uses fresh basil and premium olive oil.  It has a perfect consistency, beautiful color, and tastes like the dreamiest bruschetta you’ve ever had in a restaurant.  I’ve used it on all sorts of things.  Below is on panini-style sandwhiches I cooked in our George Foreman.

Once warmed on the grill, the bruschetta has that deliciously oily consistency again that is just sinfully delicious.  I also tried the sun dried tomatoes in a pasta dish this week:

So dang good!  I want to buy these sun dried tomatoes by the canister, Costco style.  These tomatoes have the perfect texture, they are packed with flavor, and the small jar really goes a long way.  The tall and skinny jars are great for stacking in a pantry, and they hold quite a bit.  I feel like I’ve been using them for several weeks now in assorted dishes, and there’s still more to enjoy.

Bella Sun Luci carries over a dozen dreamy products that make your mouth water and want to throw a dinner party.  They are actually the largest producer of sun dried tomatoes in the US.

 I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
