Okay, so we’ve talked a lot about health and fitness. We’ve talked about things to eat that are healthy and things to wear when you start working toward getting a little more healthy. It shouldn’t come as a great surprise that I haven’t another post about something to eat when you’re trying to be healthy. I’d like to introduce you to Rabbit Creek Gourmet Food.

On their website you can find a whole variety of gourmet foods, here’s why. “Business woman of the year in Kansas in 1995. Donna insists that Rabbit Creek has the highest standard of product taste and value, plus the best customer service in the business! Her over 350 different mixes include dips, soups, quick breads, beer spreads, brownies, desserts, and scone mixes. Holiday and gift items are another plus. Remember, Rabbit Creek Products is the original producer of Flower Pot Breads and Muffins.”

I was excited to try something from Donna’s line. She sent me Rabbit Creek’s Bird Seed Crunch. I was surprised to see the mix when I opened the package. It tastes fresh and I’m not baffled by what might be in it. The ingredients are pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, sugar, honey, cream and vanilla.

It makes for a fast and easy snack when you’re in a hurry. I want to know what you think about it so that’s why along with Rabbit Creek Gourmet Foods I’m hosting a giveaway to win some of your own.

The winner of this giveaway will win one pouch of Bird Seed Crunch.

*This giveaway is open to entries in the US only.
