This is our furry family member Reese. He’s a Catahoula and LOVES to lick! Seriously this dog is a licking machine. It’s just his way of saying “hi!” and “what are you doing?” and “oh, hey I see you moved to the couch!” and and and! Ha! When I found Leanlix I knew it was going to be a surefire hit with him!

Have you ever heard of Leanlix? Leanlix is “a low calorie dog reward system that will leave them drooling for more… The actual treat has been inspired by true life events but has been formulated by a leading professional in the pet industry.  leanlix, a treat for yourself AND your dog!”

The whole idea behind this is that basically you can carry a treat around with you, your hands don’t smell like dog biscuits, and your dog gets to have a reward that won’t go straight to his/ her hips!  Reese’s particular flavor was Grass Fed Beef. He couldn’t get enough.

Did I mention that he is afraid of the camera? Oh gosh, that was a trick getting pictures of him. We’re not forcing him to lick the stick, he was just super afraid of the flash! His particular stick is from their new natural’s line. It’s made with brown rice syrup and all natural flavors.

They also sent us the Littlelix Spring Training 6 pack which has the flavors: Grace-D-Luxe with Cheese, ½ Eaten PB&J, Day at the Beach, Run-a-Way Frank, Barq-BQ, and my personal favorite (because it rings so true) is Cupcake on the Counter. Aren’t the names so clever!

All in all Leanlix have been a great addition to Reese’s training. If he could he would just eat the entire stick whole. Maybe that will be their next flavor, “Stolen Leanlix from the Cupboard!” I’m so excited to work with the fun people over at Leanlix on a giveaway for you!
