Baking is definitely my thing.  I would eat sweet breads and muffins all day if I could.  Since a chef is only as good as their equipment (is that even a phrase?), I’m tickled over my new 24-cup muffin pan from Grazia.  This little pan is going to get an immense amount of use!

IMG_0043I love this pan.  I really love silicone bake ware.  It is virtually indestructible and it can handle anything you throw at it.  You can use it in the oven, the microwave, and the freezer, and then throw it in the dishwasher when you’re done.  The flexible mold makes it ideal for storing since it can fit in odd spaces and weighs hardly anything at all.

We tried a batch of muffins last night and just like I expected, this pan worked like a champ.  You simply spray this with oil like you would a normal pan, and cook it at the temp and time as usual.  The silicone really allows for even cooking all around, and it makes popping these mini muffins out as easy as a little squeeze underneath.

Compared to other silicone bakeware I own, I think this is one of the thickest, which is great for durability.  I like the textured surface and how this allows for a full two dozen to cook in one batch.  I’m left with zero mess, zero scraping, and I’ll never have to worry about rust.  Thanks, Grazia!

You can purchase this mini muffin pan HERE on Amazon for $16.88 on sale today.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
