
So how does everything taste!? I have mostly all good things to report! I loved the variety! It was such a nice break from the tradition pb & j meals we have a round here. And how gourmet! Lentil chili and mushroom & leek strata? What mom gets these kinds of dishes in 3 min. or less while concentrating on feeding the kids and running the home? The amount of time I saved this week in food prep alone was so worth it!

I agree, the Thai Turkey Tenderloin meal looks fantastic!
Ooooh, yes and no. I do like being able to stick to these meals and knowing it is right at 1600 calories/day, so that’s a step towards healthy!
