My Memories Suite {Giveaway} – CLOSED

Disclosure: This could be a sponsored post or contain affiliate links (which means I earn a percentage of the sale), but all opinions are strictly my own.

Two years ago, we moved from the West coast to the East coast and left ALL of our extended family behind — the closest family we have lives in the midwest, which would be at least a 20-hour car ride for our family.  Unfortunately, that’s not happening too often.  🙁

We’ve relied on lots of technology to keep in touch the past couple of years, especially since our second son was born after we moved here.  This digital scrapbook software, My Memories Suite, now provides a way for me to easily upload all the cute pictures of our cute boys and create something amazing to send to our families in just a matter of minutes!

“With over 1,500 papers,  over 1,000 page elements, and over 30 album templates.., MyMemories Suite lets you hit the ground running with your very own scrapbook or photo album in a matter of minutes.  It’s easy-to-use and affordable—and compatible with both Windows and Mac computers.”

Since the holidays are right around the corner, I thought that I’d try out this new software to create a calendar for each set of grandparents.  After downloading the software onto my computer, I started the program, chose to “Create Album from Designer Template,” and selected the “Day in the Life” album with pages already created.  From there, I simply chose pictures for each page and dropped them in — easy!  I was done with the album, the calendar, and (most importantly!) Christmas presents for grandparents in under an hour!  🙂  And, they both turned out great!

My Memories Suite can create items that can be printed (scrapbooks, calendars, photo books, cards, etc.) or the creations can also be sent digitally!  Photo DVDs and interactive presentations can be sent to other computers or taken mobile on an iPod.  What a fun surprise!

Here’s a glimpse at a few of my favorites:

QuickPages already have background and embellishments designed, which means that you just have to drop in a picture and be finished; this Birthday Girl QuickPage could be used for most ages and is an easy way to share the special day with those who couldn’t attend!

My Memories Suite also provides designer packs, with backgrounds and embellishments for users to create their own pages.  This Summer Time Designer Pack would be a great way to organize and display fun pictures taken over the past few months:

And, one of my absolute favorites, is the option to make a personalized greeting card; this Halloween one will be perfect to send the day after we go trick or treating with the boys:
